Support that doesn’t stop at the hire date.

Securing a job is only the first step. Our Job Coaching services ensure participants have the support they need to succeed long-term. Our certified coaches provide:

• One-on-one support: Helping individuals adjust to their work environment
• Skill-building strategies: Developing communication, time management, and conflict resolution
• Problem-solving assistance: Addressing on-the-job challenges early
• Workplace accommodations: Collaborating with employers to ensure a supportive, accessible environment

This service is available on-site and remotely, depending on individual and employer needs.

Discovering fit through experience.

Sometimes, the best way to know if a job is a good match is to try it out. Through Situational Assessments, participants are placed in temporary work environments outside of our organization to:

• Explore their ability to perform real job tasks
• Evaluate work behaviors like punctuality, focus, stamina, and interaction
• Receive feedback from employers and job coaches
• Identify what supports or modifications might be needed for long-term success

These assessments are tailored to individual readiness, interests, and comfort levels.

The RISE Program is our signature support track for individuals who need structured, guided assistance in transitioning back into the workforce and society. It consists of four progressive phases:

1. Rehabilitate – Assess personal needs and barriers, build confidence, and develop coping strategies
2. Integrate – Re-engage with structured routines, community support, and peer mentoring
3. Stabilize – Practice workplace skills through job readiness training and transitional employment
4. Educate – Solidify goals through continued learning, skills certifications, or formal training

Participants leave the RISE Program empowered, employable, and equipped with life skills that last.

Our Vocational Evaluations are designed to help participants gain a clearer understanding of what types of jobs or career paths fit their unique profile. This includes:

• Skills Assessments – Technical and soft skills
• Interest Inventories – Career areas that align with personal passions
• Cognitive and Physical Capability Reviews – Understanding limits and strengths
• Environmental Preference Testing – Office vs. hands-on roles, team vs. solo work

Evaluations result in a detailed plan outlining potential careers, required accommodations, and next steps.
